Hi, would love to join this discussion. I've been managing a remote team for the last 6 years and there are of course advantages and disadvantages to the format... I find that thoughtful managerial actions can help overcome issues related to loyalty and feeling of belonging...

Does remote team means abroad or also an israel team that works from home?
